| Missing pages, updates, newsletters or any other miscellaneous publication materials can be mailed to you as long as your subscription is current. Before contacting us, please verify that your mailing address on the most recently received issue update or newsletter is correct.
For loose-leaf subscribers, refer to the most recent Current Contents Page (which is generally the last page in your Table of Contents section) for a listing of each page that should be filed in the handbook(s). If you determine that pages are included on your most recent Current Contents Page that are in fact missing from your book, then contact us as indicated below, or you need a replacement for a missing newsletter, please contact us via one of the following methods:
(1) E-mail your request with appropriate details (publication title, month and page numbers of the update that are missing or date of the missing newsletter), using the form below. Be sure to include your account number and full mailing address.
(2) Fax your request with appropriate details (publication title, and month and page numbers of the pages that are missing or date of the missing newsletter) to 800-999-5661. Be sure to include your account number and full mailing address.
(3) Call Customer Service at 800-677-3789 and indicate the publication title, and month and page numbers of the pages that are missing or date of the missing newsletter. |
